Isely only states, "There are several Lindheimer gatherings of C. lindheimeriana (NY!) from New Braunfels, dated 1846 to 1850. One most nearly possessing credentials of an isotype is 'Lindheimer 380, Fasc. III. Rocky plains, New Braunfels 1846.'" which is not a proposed neotypification.] [filed under]
