Lectotype of | Pectis angustifolia var. subaristata A. Gray |
Verified by | W. T. Kittredge |
Date Determined | 2007 |
Determination Remarks | Holotype, det. D. J. Keil (OS), 1973. [If this is considered to be a var. nov., Gray's citation of his P. fastigiata as a synonym makes it part of the protologue, including it's type, Wright s.n. from Austin, which is thus a Syntype of the variety, along with Wright 244. If it is considered to be var. stat. nov., then it's type would be just the same as P. fastigiata, and var. fastigiata (A. Gray) Keil would be a superfluous name.] |
