| Annotation Text | Both the red-fruited and the brown sporangie apperar to be typical A. denudata. In both types the capillitium is essentially the same, with conspicuous cog-like markings and a lack of free ends. The red fruited form has a stalk, filled with spore-like cells, stalk about 0.4 mm long. Its cup is somewhat plicate, marked with small papillae which are connected by a broken but well developed reticulum as in the illustration given by A. Lister for A. denudata. |
