Annotation TextThe leaves are very similar of S. vaginata but the margins and apex are not, or very weakly, toothed. The cross sections of the nerve of the leaves showed ±4 guide cells between ventral and dorsal (very few) pseudostereids, and some stereids in the part below the shoulders of the leaf.
