| Remarks | Alain published the same paper in Candollea 17:106, 1960 and in Mem. Soc. Cub. Hist. Nat. 24: 114 1960, but he used Coccoloba pauciflora in the latter and Coccoloba oligantha in the former. It is impossible to determine which was issued first, however, Coccoloba pauciflora Alain is antedated by Coccoloba pauciflora Urban (1912). Alain 3265 is cited as type in both papers with the type at LS. The Colegio de Salle herbarium is now in HAC. |
