RemarksBroad valley: bottom with very short Kobresia meadow, much disturbed, with patches of Ligularia; river with areas of bare alluvium and isalnds with thickets of Hippophaea bushes; slopes of valley heavily grazed, with widely scattered bushes. Sessile rosette herb, leaves tightly adpressed to ground, inner leaves with very base white, lower part bright purple-red; corolla pale purple; anther tube steel blue; stigma pink. Growing in Kobresia meadow
