Remarks[In Botany [Fortieth] 294. 1871, Watson states for this number, "Frequent in the alkaline valleys of Nevada and Utah . . . flowering in July, fruiting in September" This specimen without label probably represents a different collection date and locality from the Bailey specimen on the sheet collected in Aug., which has the standard label.]
