RemarksPlants upright or nearly so; leaves soft(i.e. not stiff); flowers lavender pink with darker streak at base of each lobe; stamens a little more than 1/2 the length of corolla tube; calyx about 1/2 the length of corolla tube, with stiff jointed hairs but not glands; stem greenish red, unspotted
